Smart Tool offers in-house design using the latest software tools, like Solid Works and AutoCAD. Our equipment is state of the art and is maintained accordingly to manufacturers’ maintenance schedule using original spare parts to assure the highest precision and tightest tolerance possible. Our tooling is built with the best steels and carbides available to enssure quality and longevity of the tools.

Precision Tooling expertise:

  • Design and fabrication of high speed, high precision multi-stage Progressive Dies.
  • Design and fabrication of multi-cavity molds for Thermoplastic and Thermoplastic rubber (TPR) materials, with or without hot runners.
  • Design and fabrication of high precision custom tools built to customers’ specifications.
  • Repairs and maintenance of molds, dies and custom tools. From a die section or mold cavity to complete die or mold cleaning, repairs and grooming.
